- What ‘super power’ do you bring to the team? This doesn’t need to be X-ray vision or the ability to fly. But everyone has unique experiences and skills, that can contribute to the innovation process. Everyone gets 2–3 minutes to share what they bring to the class and how it could contribute to success in the class.

- what are notable features of the team involved?
- do you have any critiques of the process or the result?
- how do you see the UberEATs case study as an example of human-centred design? What do they do similarly or differently from the IDEO team?
